Hello Wai is an independent design studio and stationery brand created by Hong Kong born, Dublin based designer, Susan Wai. We mainly illustrate and design notecards and greeting cards but more products and papery goods will be available in our online shop at a later date. Watch this space!
All Hello Wai products are designed in Dublin, Ireland and printed in the U.K.
Our notecards are printed on premium 350gsm cardstock. Our greeting cards are printed on 340gsm sustainably sourced paper.
If we have what you need in stock, your order typically ships within 1-2 business days via An Post Mail from Ireland.
Yes, Hello Wai ship Worldwide!
We would love for you to love your cards and hope they arrive to you in satisfactory conditions but if for whatever reason you are not 100% happy, you must (WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the items) return the goods to us (carefully packaged) in order for us to accept a refund or exchange. Please also keep proof of posting when returning item as we cannot be responsible for lost items in post.
