Shipping Costs + Delivery Times:

Hello Wai ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and sent via An Post from Ireland. Shipping cost and delivery for cards and small orders is for standard post and does not include tracking. We currently do not offer express or trackable shipping. Please note, delivery times are estimations only. There may be postal delays, especially around holiday periods, that are beyond our control. Any applicable taxes, customs and import duties are paid by the recipient. 

Ireland: From €2.00 / 2-5 days
Europe: From €4.00 / 7-14 days
Rest of World: From €5.00 / 7-28 days 

Dispatch:
We will dispatch orders usually within 1-2 days after orders are confirmed. You should receive an order confirmation email after order is placed. Once order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm this. All orders are packaged with care and dispatched from a small home studio in Dublin. While we aim to process your order quickly, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times and postal delays beyond our control can occur. We appreciate your patience. 

Refunds and Returns:
We'd love for you to be happy with your order. However if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), please email us at hi@hellowai.com as soon as possible and we will try facilitate an exchange, replacement or refund.

You will need to return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving the order, in its original condition and carefully packaged to: Hello Wai, 8 Luttrellstown Rise, D15 X37F, Ireland. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs and we do not give refunds due to change of mind.
